Placing Orders

To place an order on-line, simply follow the intuitive prompts on each page.
  
  Like most on-line stores, TVTraysEtc.com uses a shopping cart scenario for ordering products.  As you view our products, you can select an "Add to Cart" button to place the product in your shopping cart.  At any time, you can view the contents of your shopping cart by simply selecting the "Shopping Cart" link found on each and every page.  Once you are finished shopping, you can proceed to place your order by selecting the "Checkout" link - also found on each and every page.  At the Checkout, you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping information.

  Orders can be placed by using our toll free fax number:  (866)240-7750.  For your convenience, we have enhanced our Shopping Cart to support placing orders by fax.  As you use our Web Site, you can place products in your shopping cart.  At checkout, you can select to place your order by fax.  If this option is selected, you will be presented with a form to enter your billing and shipping information.  After this, you will be presented with a page which contains all of the information needed to place an order via fax.  Simply print this page and fax it to us.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout, and PayPal. Checks and money orders are also accepted.



Coupons may be redeemed by using appropriate coupon codes upon checkout.

Purchases being shipped to Wisconsin will be charged a 5.5% sales tax.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders totaling $99 or more for a limited time! We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for all orders totaling less than $99.

Backorder Policy

If a popular item has sold out, we will sometimes accept backorders as a courtesy to our customers. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is preparing to ship, but this reserves the item for you. The estimated date of arrival specified on the item description is an estimate and often changes, as we are usually waiting for product to arrive from overseas. Please check back periodically to see if the date changed. We have the right to cancel backorders that are approaching or exceeding 90 days. You may cancel your backorder at anytime before shipping with no penalty. If your credit card expires before the item arrives, your backorder will be voided and you will need to re-order. If you use PayPal, you will be charged at the time of ordering.
